The prosperity of an organisation is wholly dependent on its conscious awareness of its strength and weakness, for which a healthy dialogue between the institution and students is of utmost importance. SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) Analysis is possible only when the students, parents interact with the College Authorities on regular basis. Students’ participation in the management of institution helps the administration to frame the policies, which are necessary to enhance the quality of education. Not only suggestions but also complaints can be made to the Coordinator and Principal directly to maintain transparency.
