Eligibility

  • Prospective candidates who have passed the H.S.C. examination (10+2) or equivalent, conducted by Higher Secondary School Examination Board of the State of Maharashtra or any other examination recognized equivalent to H.S.C. (10+2) by the Savitribai Phule Pune University or any other recognized University with a minimum 45% aggregate is eligible to apply for admission to the Course, For the SC/ST category students,5% is relaxed for admissions vide Savitribai Phule Pune University Ref. No. CBL/ 4168 dated 18/08/2000 and BCI’S Ref. No. LE (cir) No. 3/2000 dated 01/07/2000.
  • Admissions will be regulated through Common Law Entrance test (MHT CET) conducted by Maharashtra State.

  • It shall be open to any graduate or post graduate student, of any recognized Statutory University getting minimum 45% marks in the University Examination Exam.
    Circular No. 253/2000 Ref. No. CBL/4520 dated 04/08/2000. However, 5% relaxation is given to students in the category of SC/ST vide Savitribai Phule Pune University Ref. No. CBL/4168 Dated 18/08/2000 and BCI’s Ref. No. LE (cir) No. 3/2000 Dated 01/07/2000.
  • Admissions will be regulated through Common Law Entrance test (MHT CET) conducted by Maharashtra State.
