REPORT OF ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PRACTICES
Progressive Education Society’s Modern Law ensures effective curriculum and co-curriculum to facilitate the development of Legal Education by conducting Certificate Courses in various fields. ADVANCED CERTIFICATE COURSE IN CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PRACTICES are conducted for BALLB final Year students and LLB final year students.
OBJECTIVE
The syllabus for this course includes hierarchy of criminal courts and types of criminal course, stages of criminal course, concept of Arrest and Bail, domestic violence, role of Forensic Experts, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims tribunal, Appeals, review and Revision, Civil and Criminal Manual, Judgement Analysis, Filing of Matters practical aspects of all these points are taught by Practicing Advocates. The Course is for conducted for 32 hours. Certificates are also be given to the students after the completion of the Course. As the Course is conducted with practical aspects students are enjoying the course and enrolled themselves with enthusiasm.
