Certificate Course on Consumer Law

P.E.S. Modern Law College, Pune is organizing a certificate course on Consumer Law commencing from 9th April 2024 and concluding on 25th April 2024. The course will consist of 30 hours of lectures, with one lecture daily for 2 hours from 6pm to 8pm (online).
This course aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of consumer protection laws and regulations. It will cover topics such as the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, rights and responsibilities of consumers, redressal mechanisms, and recent developments in consumer law.
Online exam will be conducted after the completion of the certificate course on 25th April 2024. Certificates will be provided to the students scoring more than 40% in the exam.
Interested students are invited to enroll in this course to enhance their knowledge and expertise in consumer law.
